I got this for my son after seeing another child with it. My little boy seems more secure in this one than the ones without the extra shoulder straps. I also like that they have a little safety button on the clips so that they are a little more secure and can't be so easily unstrapped which could be tragic if they undid.

I have 2 littles, one is almost 2 and the other just turned 3. They were terrified of the pool this year until we put these on them. Now they want to swim like mermaids every day! Was a major confidence boost for them and stress reliever for mom!

My son loves to use this. It works so much better than a life jacket for the pool. The life jacket seemed to flip him on his back where these push him forward for a more natural swim.

I got this for my daughter who is 29lb, and it easily adjusts to fit her. She feels really secure in it, it keeps her from going under, and most importantly, it allows her to go horizontal in the water, so she can practice her swimming. The straps are easy to hold on to or grab if they start to panic, or you need to redirect them. It seems comfortable, she'll swim for hours, no marks or indents on her. It's very cute, and I recommend pink so it stands out in the water, just in case. We really love it!
