These are easy to install. They look great. The lights aren't overpowering. It's a great price for 32.8 ft

I ordered this product to replace LED lighting under the awning of my motorhome. This is a pretty decent product. It's the typical waterproof LED lighting where you trim to fit.The blue color is nice and vibrant. Less disturbing than white light. The kit comes complete with mounting clips and tape. In my case, I used the tape only due to the material being affixed to.This is a good little kit that did the trick.

The lights underneath of our awning on our pop-up camper, were ripped off in a storm along with the awning itself. These were easy to wire directly into where the old lights were wired into the camper and be controlled by our internal switch. They are bright and are almost an exact replica of the lights that came on the camper when it was built. Definitely a better alternative than going through the camper dealership for parts to replace it because this is like half the price.

This review is for the Yeenoon COB RV Awning Lights, 12V 32.8FT RV Camping Awning Lights, IP68 Waterproof LEDI've used a number of different LED strips over the years, and I was looking forward to using these for a very specific application. Cutting to the chase, these work fine and cast a blue light. I haven't had the opportunity to test the waterproof...ness of these, but if I do and they do anything but perform, I'll come back and update this rating. No review is good review. The odd thing is that instead of using blue LEDs, these guys instead put a translucent blue strip that runs the entire length of the LED strip and simply lets the white LEDs shine through it. At first I was annoyed and thought CHEAP!!!!After setting the strip up and using it, I started to not care. They were up. They functioned and cast reasonably bright light (what I was most concerned about) and the light was blue-ish. Did what they said it would do!My only concern longer term is seeing if the strip causes undue heat in the strip leading to early failure or if the strip starts to fade to a lighter blue. Much like the waterproof...osity of the lights, I'm going to assume positive things and come back and re-review in the case of a different outcome.

Let me quickly explain the application. I think that is key to the pictures and review!! We wanted supplemental lighting further away from our travel trailer but still under the roll out canopy. We did not want anything too bright because of consideration to our neighbors (camp sites are often very close to each other!) So we got these with the hopes of putting them on the other end of the awning where the metal tube holding the awning is.We were able to mount these to the tube and I turned them on (during the day) and I was really worried that this was not going to be bright enough to help our lighting situation. I rolled up the canopy and let it sit for a couple days until I could back to it when it was dark out. That made a big difference!!! Based on the pictures you can see the trailer lights alone did a decent job of shining light down the side of the trailer. BUT when you look at the other pictures with the blue light you will see even with the new Blue LED lights at the other end of the canopy (roughly 8 ft away), they were shining brighter on the trailer than the trailer lights were. Other than really close to the built in trailer lights, the blue lights are definitely more prevalent!!! Cliché intended, the difference of using these lights at night vs day time was a difference of day and night!! They really preformed well at night, but not so much during the day.We really liked the density of LEDs on the strip. You can see each of the LEDs on the white lights of the trailer, but when you look at the blue strip they seem more solid. That is because they are much closer (and also a lot more of them). I will look for those type of LED strips going forward!!Now for the couple little things that dragged this down from being a 5-star review. While they cover the area and present a lot of light. They are too dark blue. It is hard to explain, but it is a very illuminated dark blue. I am being careful NOT to say a bright dark blue, because the dark blue is really dark. We still need to play cards with these lights to see if they will accomplish our goal, but indications are that while it does illuminate, it doesn't necessarily light up the area liked we hoped. There is a blue strip over the white LEDs. We are hopeful that that blue strip fades a bit because the lights behind the blue strip are VERY bright!!!! We really wish they picked a not so dark blue strip to tint the white lights behind the strip. The other issue was the adhesive, especially at the ends where the connectors are. The ends did not hold and shifted off the tape. When we were applying the tape my friend and I both agreed it was not the best quality tape and we would be most likely replacing it after a few uses of it being rolled up and stored and then extended and exposed.

Adhesive stuck to the backing material not to the led strips

This is a nice set of two reels of LEDs totaling just under 33 feet. They are super simple to use with no transformer box or any exterior electronics whatsoever, you just wire (included) them up directly to a 12 volt power source. Use any simple switch (not included) to make the ease of use better in your instillation. One other thing you may need is more hangers or clips of some kind. Yes, there is adhesive on the back side of them to allow it to stick to many surfaces, but they also include (only 10) small plastic 'clips' which require screw mounting to make sure they stay where stuck. Depending on what you are mounting these to, I kind of doubt that you will want to put screw holes in it; so look for some other type of clips to keep the strip(s) totally secure. The LEDs are very small and close together. From 10ft away or more it appears to be one continuous strand of light, similar in appearance to a thin neon line. And boy, are these LEDs are BRIGHT! Nice.
