So glad I bought this! Super soft and comfortable liner, that I ended up using as a standalone sheet on a super hot camping trip.

This is perfect for a nice and soft, lightweight liner. It does not provide extra wamth.. I love it and will use it for warmer backpacking trips. SO comfy!

I bought two of these to use in both tent and hammock while in hot, humid, rainy, September Guatemala. I found that I would wake up sweaty and chilly around 3-4 am while sleeping bare. These cocoons helped wick the sweat, ward off the chill, and never really made me feel hot. They pack down pretty light and aren't too difficult to roll back up nicely.I think these will work to add a bit of extra insulation to your sleeping bags if they're not quite warm enough for whatever temperature you're in.Oh, these don't stink after 5 days in the Peten jungle.Me gusta.

Does not work. I have bed bug bites all over. Picture attached shows only some of the bites I have. I'm covered in them and am in itchy pain as I type this. SCAM.

This a comfortable liner and it feels like jersey knit bed sheets. However, don't think you could get by with just this liner on a warm camping trip. This thing feels like a security blanket that has been in the family for 30 years. At night, I wouldn't have this thing over me because it was 80 degrees and too warm but in the morning it'd be 65 degrees and I was cold because it doesn't offer any warmth.Probably good if you just don't like sleeping next to the nylon sleeping bag material but I can't see it adding any warmth in the winter if your bag is on the limits.

I use this as a travel sheet and a liner for my sleeping bag. I love it for both! It's not very heavy and takes up about as much room as a long sleeve shirt. It is a stretchy light material that doesn't feel claustrophobic. I would use it by itself when camping somewhere warm like Havasupai. It also fits in my sleeping really well and keeps me warmer when I am camping somewhere cold. I have also used it as a sheet when traveling in hostels and it has been really nice for that.

I used this as a lightweight blanket when I did the "Lost City Trek" in Colombia. The weather was hot so I didn't want anything too heavy, just enough to cover me up. This was the perfect product for just that. It is soft and comfortable. I'm 6'3 so I was worried it might be too small but it was perfect.I chose not to go with a silk version because silk has the tendency to be too smooth and can just slide off of you. This liner was just as soft and it is also stretchy so it's easy to move around in.

In order to keep my North Face, Cat's Meow mummy bag cleaner and have something to use on warm nights my wife made me a liner from a twin sheet that she stitched-up half-way. It was okay as long as I didn't change sleeping position but it got tangled up as soon as I changed position plus the top of the sheet didn't cover me completely. All of this tended to wake me up as I tried to straighten out the sheet. I've used the Cocoon MummyLiner two different nights for primitive camping for a Boy Scout event - one night it got down to 48 degrees and the other night it was in the high 50s. For the cooler night I slept in the liner with my sleeping bag zipped up and for the warmer night I slept in the liner on top of my sleeping bag. Both nights I was nice and toasty and the liner turned with me so I didn't have to fight with it.As mentioned by a previous reviewer, in order to get into the bag just lay down and put it on like a pair of pants until your feet touch the end of the liner (by the way, the box shaped bottom is great!)then just pull-up the liner the rest of the way around your upper body. This is a great liner and I highly recommend it to anyone that has had problems with their liner or who has not experienced the benefits of having a liner. You won't be sorry!
