I thought these goblets were pretty cool and unique so I ordered them. I thought they were going to be super smooth wood with a deep rich color. I was initially a little disappointed, they are smaller than I was expecting and the color is lighter. The main issue is the coating or sealer that was used, it is sloppy and not smooth, see photo of bottom of goblet. I thought these would be finely polished and buffed wood but they are a little rough to the touch in places. They are still not the usual wine glass and that is what draws me to them but they could be better. I'd give them 3.5 stars.
