The pennant arrived in an envelope folded over 4 times; it's now laying under heavy boxes to get the folds out. I will most likely have to return it. The pennant itself is soft felt, not the stiff kind that can stand on its own, so it has to be hung to be displayed. The color, design, and fabric are of good quality.

This is just what I wanted to display in my classroom. It was full-sized but without the full-size price point. Overall a well-made felt pennant too.
