This mermaid fishtail skirt looks really great and will especially go well if you are able to match it with a similar themed top. I thought it looked really nice and it has a great color. The skirt also has a shimmer that I thought looked really nice. Although not the most durable quality, I thought the quality was fair compared to what you pay for.The only downside to the skirt is that there isn't much "give" or flexibility to the material, and you will have trouble walking as you'll have to keep your legs close together, as it feels like the material will tear if you stretch it too much. This would probably be best used for situations where you don't need to move around very much and do not require too much mobility. Other than that, it's a fun skirt to use as a costume or for dress up.

There has never been a more adorable dress-up option for kids. My daughter wears this literally every day and it has held up SO well! It's shiny and it looks so realistic. It is easy to walk in and isn't a tripping hazard or anything like that. The fins at the bottom are perfect. My only complaint is that I fear my daughter will never wear regular clothes ever again, haha.

This little mermaid tail skirt is great. The sewing seems very sturdy, which is great because it's not the easiest to walk in so it gets pulled a good bit... But it has held up great so far! The material is cute and doesn't feel cheap. My daughter is 4 and pretty average sized (maybe slightly on the shorter end) and this goes to the floor when on her. Like I mentioned, isn't super easy to run around in, so probably isn't great for outside play or a lot of horsing around. But we have loved it for playing dress up! And my daughter especially loves that it looks like a real mermaid tail!

My daughter has recently started loving to dress up and pretend play. She loves mermaids and so this seemed like a fun item to add to her dress up trunk. The material is a bright colored, metalic foil scale pattern that looks very authentic and vivid (this comes in purple also). It is stretchy and silky soft and pretty tough. It is super easy to pull on and off for play and easy to move around in, sit in, dance in etc. It is lightweight and comfortable and my daughter loves it. She has spent whole days with this on pretending to be a mermaid throughout the day. This is well sewn and very cute. The waistband is well made and due to the elastic and the stretchy material, this would fit a wide range of sizes. This does run a bit long, but it is easy to fold the waistband over if this is an issue. This is perfect for a dress up trunk, would make a fun gift, or be great for a costume party (with some added accessories). This gets high marks for looks, construction and the fact that it is comfortable and lightweight but durable!

This is very well made and a beautiful, shiny purple. My granddaughter loves playing dress-up, so I got this to add to her collection at my house. She is 3 1/2 and the skirt is way too long for a skirt, so I told her it was a dress and she wears it up high like a dress and the bottom comes almost to her ankles, so it works fine like that. She has trouble moving her legs to get up on things sometimes, but she lifts it out of the way. She loves pretending she is a mermaid.

This skirt was a little longer than expected but overall worked really well for our 3.5yo Halloween costume. Material was good quality and she had no problem walking around from trick or treat with it on.
