I have recently been trying random coffees from Amazon to see what is out there from my usual selections. This was a good find. I like a stronger coffee and this delivered on strength and taste. It was also a very good price, give the fluctuating and high prices of coffee, as well as the dwindling size of the cans/packages. I have actually purchased it again, so it hit the right note with me.

So damn good! Deep, smooth and rich when brewed in a coffee pot. I normally drink Cafe LaLlave or Cafe Bustello. I love a deep, dark, rich cup, sweet with a bit of cream. Didn't have high hopes for this, but I was shocked at how delicious it is. Not sure it would be great brewed as espresso, prob very little crema, but as a drip pot, yum! Slightly smokey without being bitter, rich, deep, bittersweet chocolate notes, low acidity. Lingering flavor left after I take a sip. Like I had just had a coffee flavored hard candy. I will be purchasing again!

We have purchased this coffee time and time again. We prefer a strong coffee, like espresso, but those can be overly bitter and just not taste as good. This is the best espresso for sure. Good, strong, cup of coffee, but still tastes good and is enjoyable to drink. Bonus: darker roasts like this are much better on your stomach! So if you’re someone who loves a good cup of coffee, but find it’s too hard on your stomach, I highly recommend giving this one a try 👍

Good dark coffee. A solid choice for basic dark. I like my coffee black, strong, chewy, bold. This doesnt quite hit that mark for me. I had a feeling when I first opened it and took a whiff that it was going to fall short of what I was hoping for. Has a hint of tang which should not be there. Overall I like it, and have put it on subscribe and save because at the moment it is quite cheap. However I will keep looking. I basically bought it as an impulse purchase.
