It has a lot of stuff but it's universal nature means nothing is ever what you need. None of the keys fit, the screw driver was too big and blunt, and the wrench was clearly not new. It was the tool that worked best but was probably scrapped from another set and was rusted and dirty. I eventually just used the set for replacement parts.

The cost is low but the brake arm springs are not uniform in stiffness

Came missing tension screw and bolt, very low quality. Cable housing is cheap, pads are cheap, brake arm spring piece is plastic, they do work though. Casting for brake arm and pads are sloppy.

They are brakes, with a tool, and cables inside of housing for $15.00. I mostly wanted the tool but I will try them out just because. I would probably buy better brakes in general but was impressed with the price for the combo brakes, levers, cables in housing, multi tool.. I will write another review next week after use in the rain commuting.
