I have slim wrists and was skeptical about how tight these sleeves would be. I measured my forearm by the elbow as being in the middle of the large size range and purchased both the large and medium just in case. The large is super tight from the elbow to the wrist! Size up if you want light to medium compression, stay true to size of you want medium to high compression. I expect the compression to wear off as time goes on.

When can I get a white Medium Artefit compression sleeve? They come in different sizesThey protect my forearms from burses while working. The arm sleeve is tight and provide excellent protection for my thin epidermis that is prone to bruising when my arm brushed against almost anything. This is my fourth set.

My hands get really cold rucking in the winter weather, even with gloves. Putting on the forearm sleeve is quick and then the gloves go one. I think much heat is lost in the wrist area so unless you have gloves with long wrist extensions you can still get cold hands. The forearm sleeves solve the problem. They are comfortable and easily washed.

These are listed as for men and women / unisex with sizes ranging from xs to xl. I am an average sized woman with small non-muscular forearms. I ordered the size small. What I received would have fit an anorexic child and not an adult woman or man. It was a struggle to try to put on and was painful to keep on. There is so very limited stretch and does not fit the contours of a normal forearm. Rather than returning them, I’m using them as covers for my tall, narrow glass bottle that is 2.5 inches in diameter that came with my night time Moon Brew. The glass gets too warm with the hot water drink. It’s a tight squeeze to get it over the bottle at the narrow end of the sleeve because it doesn’t stretch but it keeps my hands from burning.

This forearm sleeve was ordered because I have total muscle/tendon pain throughout my entire arm and I need something for work as I use my hands all day. Ive tried elbow sleeves and it was subpar. So I found this. I read the reviews that said how tight the sleeve was, to go up a size. The biggest part of my forearm is 10.5. Which happens to be between sizes almost. I went with the larger size. Size Large. The smallest end of the sleeve was extremely small, struggle to get my hand through it. After wearing for an hour, I noticed that it was still very snug at the wrist, but the top of the sleeve kept sliding down my arm. Like it's too big. I guess my arm is just too fat and oddly shaped, but it wouldn't stay up no matter how much I tried to keep there. Will be trying another technique with it tomorrow, and see if rubbing Tiger Balm all over my forearm will help. I may put the elbow compression sleeve over the top of it to see if that will help also. But I was hoping this was going to work.

Got these as I need to protect a sizeable surgical scar from sunlight for at least a year. I wear one regularly and another I use solely when swimming. They are great for UV protection and the slight compression is also helping with the occasional pain I get as the nerves repair. The one I use regularly is holding up ok but does have a slight hole forming on the central seam from repeated pulling on/off. The second, that I use when swimming (about 3-4 times a week) doesn't have the same issue but the end seams aren't stitched closed, they appear to be glued. After just a few sessions this has come away, leaving a raw edge. It isn't a big deal at all, there's no fraying, but it does give the sleeve an odd 'lip' as where the fabric was previously folded down it doesn't quite fit close to the skin. This can cause a bit of drag and pull the sleeve down when being particularly active. However, hat sort of thing was bound to happen. In general these would be great for triathlons where you might want sun protection that can be submerged and won't get shrinkage but they certainly won't last long with repeated exposure. As it is I've had about 2 months of regular use our of them so far. I expect another 6 will be as much as they can take.
