WristGrips were developed for musicians by musicians to solve the problem of chronic wrist pain suffered by thousands of musicians around the world. This discomfort cuts playing time short, making gigs and rehearsals painful. Wrist pain can be caused by acute over use of wrists over the years, or stress from typing, athletics, injury, or a number of other causes. WristGrips eliminate chronic wrist pain by supporting wrists, correcting playing form, and increasing blood flow/oxygen to affected areas, while allowing wrists and hands 100% of their natural movement. WristGrips will decrease/eliminate: Arthritis tendonitis due to years of playing. Swelling from long gigs and practices. Early carpal tunnel syndrome. Vibration which leads to inflammation. Median and Ulnar nerve pain. WristGrips will Increase: Longevity and endurance Proper ergonomic form. Comfort while playing .Blood flow and oxygen to hands and wrists. Wrist stabilization and support. WristGrips Feature: Custom tension stability control while playing one size fits all, perfect for any wrist. Moisture wicking sweat free hands Non-limiting full range of motion protection. 100% cotton w/nickel buckle. Virtually indestructible. If buckle is uncomfortable or WristGrips aren't attached to your wrists solidly, try flipping or adjusting to a different position, most musicians have a "sweet spot" with WristGrips.

I was honestly skeptical about this product , but I am so surprised how much this helped with my left hand issue. I've been experiencing some numbing sensations after playing bass for a long time, but somehow this product keeps my wrist and just the right spot. Thank you!

I learned from this strap that I’m allergic to nickel. The nickel buckle caused an itchy rash, blisters, etc. This is not the manufacturer’s fault. The description mentions the nickel buckle. If you unexpectedly have a bad skin reaction in the areas the buckle touches, then you are allergic to nickel. It seems like this product could be useful but I can’t wear it long enough to tell.

After a long hiatus I returned playing guitar at age 66. Nothing major like in a band or on stage kind of stuff. Just sitting at home bugging my wife and two little doggies while using some Free Guitar Backing Tunes on YouTube via Bluetooth to my Spark II amp...Even though at those moment my heart feels the same excitement when I was 22 and on stage playing guitar in a band, my fingers disagree with that sentiment.Due to carpal tunnel issues my left hand fingertips were getting numb after 15 minutes and after 30 minutes I had to stop and shake or massage my hands until some feeling returned. On my right hand I was hardly holding on to pick after 15-20 minutes so I had to give myself a lot of coffee breaks...I saw this and with good amount of skepticism I said to myself "let me try if it doesn't work I can always return"...They arrived in one day and OMG what a difference I played almost an hour and a half and still it felt the same way as how I felt in the first minute. No numbness, no pain...If I only knew the solution was this simple!!!Well, since now I know, I also use them time to time during other activities like when I am flying my airplane or driving...Worked perfect for me and if you suffer from carpal tunnel try this and it may bring you the results you hope to get!Best wishes!

Electric Bass player here. 4 stars to start. I have only used them for 2 days now. About an hour of practice last night, and a three hour rehearsal this evening. Was having wrist issues, but this adds support and quite a bit of compression on my fretting hand. After three hours tonight my forearm was tired, but I stayed relatively pain free.I actually enjoy the feel. They make you aware when your wrist is in an awkward position. This has made me more conscious in keeping good form and posture.

I dont normally write reviews but I had to to for these. There's not even a word good enough to describe these wrist bands. I am not sure If I've got arthritis or carpal tunnel (because I'm terrified to go to the doctor) but all I know is for the past 2 years my hands have been in agonizing pain. And I mean every part of them. Joints, knuckles, fingers, wrists even up into my arms and now my shoulders. I could barely barre a chord or play a power chord. After 5 minutes of playing my fingers would start to swell and lock up and then I noticed my finger tips would start to feel pins and needles and then would very quickly start to get cold and go numb.and the pins and needles feeling would slowly creep up my hand and into my wrist and then my arm. All within the first 10 to 15 minutes of playing. I had tried creams and oils and anti inflammatories and pain relievers. I had tried a million and one different compression gloves and sleeves. It got so bad that I was starting to lose range of motion in my strumming hand and I was having a hard time holding onto the pick. not because it was too slippery. But because I couldn't feel it in my fingers. One day I remember I was playing and I went to spin the pick a little bit to adjust it and i couldn't. It was the most unsettling thing I had ever experienced. There I was staring at this guitar pick in my hand. And in my head I'm telling my self to adjust the pick but nothing is happening. Nothing at all. It was like my fingers were stuck there. Unable to move at all. Almost kinda like they were paralyzed. Eventually I was able to move them but it took a good half and hour or so and even then they were weak and sore. Anyways, sorry for the rambling. Lol when I saw these wrist bands I was skeptical. I had them in my cart for about an month before I actually committed to buying them. I didnt want to be disappointed again. I didnt want to get my Hope's up and then be let down when they failed to work like everything else. But I was definitely not disappointed when I received these. The first night I wore them I had to find my sweet spot as far as adjusting the tightness and which way I wanted to wear them. But it didnt take long and when I got them on comfortably and snug, i sat on my bed and i played for 4 hours straight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Time just flew by!!!!! I looked at my clock and i was convinced my husband had messed with the time or something but he didnt. I really sat there and played for 4 hours! And the best part was my hands never locked up once. They did swell a bit but it was from the overuse. And they didn't hurt!! They were a little tired but hey, I'm cool with that if that's the worst it will get. And I wear them all the time. They help even when I'm not playing. When I'm mopping the floor or writing or even playing ball with my kids. These things are a god send. If you're on the fence please please please just buy them. They're worth every penny. Thank you to whoever invented these wrist bands. You gave me back my heart and soul. And you gave me back my smile. Thank you!!!!!!

I've been playing a lot more guitar during the pandemic and noticed that my forearms get tired after a while and I felt like I needed some compression in my forearms to help tighten them up so I gave these a shot. I had to move them around and first and try different positions on the arm to get the most out of them, but once I did what a difference it made. They tighten up my grip and help both the strumming and the fingering hand. I often see pro guitarists with wraps on their forearms that look cool, but I now see it isn't just to look cool. If you're getting old or just to a lot of playing, these wraps make a world of difference.
