This copper pot was used to make pecan candy. When it says nonstick, that is what they mean. The pot washed out so effortlessly after melting sugar and butter to make candy. I love it.

Beautiful color, lightweight, perfect size....High quality lightweight pot that I use daily, and seems very durable. It heats and cooks beautifully and I've used as a stockpot and as a deeper pan to pan fry chicken; very versatile pot

This is a great pot - works well, the nonstick is great, the lid is decent. The ONLY problem I have is that the bottom is not completely flat - it has a small rise in the middle. This is important if you are making popcorn, and need 2 Tbsp of oil to spread out evenly on the bottom of the pan. Instead, the oil collects around the rim, leading to burned popcorn in the middle. I hate to leave less than 5 stars, because the rest of it is really good (NOTE on temperature: do not use it on higher than medium heat). If you want to boil things instead, then 5 stars.
