The first pic of item in Amazon shows something else. This is for an idler pulley. This fit my 2002 Jeep TJ 4.0 perfectly. Original pulley was starting to whine a little. Only comes with an adapter which you don’t need to use. I used original bolt and mounting spacer. Went on quickly with no hassle.
