The best piece of furniture I ever bought. The aches and pains came from my Body not being used to sleeping on much softer beds. Sacrifices have to be made in the name of Saving space And this was just the piece of furniture for it. I could not have done better.Can’t say the same thing about the People that sold this Marvel first off, took me 20 days to try to figure out how I am going to get this. Where are you plan to have it? I simply didn’t find the answers.The answers. Finally, I decided to Risk it and to my surprise, Kim, fold it into four. What do you know? Good surprises are always welcome. The bad news was, it is heavier much heavier than is documented. It says right on the box. This requires team effort. No kidding Mind you, this is not one of those packaging, heavy kind of heavy. This is just plain Product heavy.While, the product is extremely top of the line. I can say the same thing about the customer service don’t bother calling them. they are friendly, very friendly, and that’s about it, Nothing will come out of it if you’re one of those who is happy with a friendly voice on the other side of the Phone line with no result to show for it. I’m cool if you are.

Very uncomfortable. My back constantly hurts from sitting or laying down. I can't return it either. Very unfortunate.

Bought this for my parents small apartment. They often have family come over and now they can invite them to spend the night! Easy to assemble( too heavy for them though ;they are in their 80’s). My dad loved the armrests and he used it to assist himself when standing up from a sitting position. Wish the mattress had been a little thicker; would have been better but over all it was the perfect size and was pretty confortable when sleeping and sitting on it!

These are gorgeous and comfortable and I’d love to give them 5 stars, but the couch I received was damaged right out of the box.

I am so happy with this futon. Putting it together was a breeze, and it is very sturdy. The click-clack feature makes it simple to open and close and the armrests also flatten. As I always use a mattress pad, I find it to be extremely comfortable.
