Screw in plates are easy to add/remove even with greasy fingers. The barrel also screws off so that made plate changes even easier and clean up a breeze.Used to make shortbread cookies, patterns stayed quite distinct even with some spreading in the oven.

I owe several different moon cake molds, but this is my favorite. It's sturdy and the flowers are really pretty. I made shortbread cookies with it. I rolled the dough and cut it out with the mold, rather than putting it into the mold. It worked perfectly, and the cookies were so pretty.

I haven't used these much. It is easy to use. Some of the molds are great for shower steamers. A few of them I haven't mastered yet

It works good so far. My only problem is that their ad is not clear in which set is going to be sent. I wanted the main set in the main picture but I got the other so that's my reason for 3 stars
