It isn't hot out yet, so we'll see how well that works later, but I do have neck towels that are the same material and they do help. The hood fits nicely it's loose and deep, not tight or clingy and lightweight.

This is absolutely fabulous for anyone who has to be outside in the sun on a hot day. It's perfect for layering under a big brimmed sun hat too. There a few options for wearing it. You can either wear it unsnapped and have the back draping down your neck and back; or you can snap the front and have the tails over your shoulders to protect them from the sun. It fits well and it pretty roomy. I suppose you could also just wrap it around your neck too without putting the hood on too. Love the fabric and color combo on this one. This is just a cooling cloth on the next level and a must have.

Product works as advertised. It is soft and comfortable. Cools after soaking with water. It absorbs water well...so lots of room to adjust how much water to keep in the towel...more water...cools longer. It's easy to tell which side is inside and which is outside. The comfortable black side is inside. This is useful when using the snap together the hoodie. It takes a bit of force to snap on and off the snap. If not careful, when snapping off...could tear the snap off the hoodie. How well the hoodie fit will depend on your size. The product page list people with smaller frame. For the average size person, the bottom part of the hoodie will rest partially over the shoulder.

Ive been using this for yard work, definitely helps. I cut brush for 3 days all day, just filled up a few bottles of water and poured it on and put it on and kept me cool and kept my neck from being burned. I did get some looks from the neighbors but thats normal no matter what I'm wearing. Very soft comfortable material, super lightweight, quality material for the price. And didnt have a bad smell to it which is always scary when ordering online. You never know how clothing will smell, this one is kinda nice. Love the button snap as well, kept it from falling off when i was bending down to pickup branches. Love the functionality. Totally happy with it

Very cooling and lightweight cooling towel. The added bonus on this one is the hood. If you can keep your head cool, you have a great chance of keeping the rest of your body feel cool. Like it
