Seems a little under powered even for these tiny disks, but the size is perfect for small jobs and so it's a good value for the money. does the job

Cordless, compact, but a high torque. I was impressed with the high RPM and torque the small grinder has.Works well for small jobs in confined areas. If you have a big job, obviously, you need to use an industrial grinder.

It's nice to have something lighter and smaller than our full sized plug in and battery powered angle grinders, and it's easier to maneuver this mini angle grinder. It has plenty of torque for a small grinder but obviously cannot handle the same heavy jobs as a heavier grinder if you plan to use it for cutting. The downside is that we dropped it and the battery came out, so the batteries don't latch in and can be pulled out freely. You don't want to have to worry about the battery falling out when you're using a hand tool.

Basically it is a good product but there's a slight problem with overeating on the terminals on the battery it gets hot and melts the plastic

It's a pretty handy tool. It definitely isn't for large jobs, but for light work, it gets the job done. And it holds a charge for quite a while.

Tried to use it to cut flashing aluminum, was never able to even get through the metal, was able to use it to melt plastic on due to heat build up, it is junk and not even worth what was paid for it. I guess it could be used to trim drywall, but no torch and keeps shutting off.

Bought for those tight places you cant get into with a usual size grinder. its not the most powerfull, its ideal for cutting a hard to reach bolt or trimming in an awkward place. the batteries are 12v and small so dont expect hrs or raw power usage its not designed for that. its cheaper than a branded mini grinder and its not awful, but you get whay you pay for. it comes in a suitable carry case with a few extras, the instructions leave a lot to be desired. a few pictures would help. the plug in is on the battery to charge it and the spindle lock is difficult to use if a bit arthritic. finally after the fitting of the sanding disc i found the vibration too much, a little arthritis again. basically if you can handle the vibration it will do a job. look at it as another tool in your arsenal

A full-size angle grinder lasts so much longer with only a 2-cell advantage. The flap disk drained the brand new battery with a full charge, in 1-2 minutes. It's low torque capacity makes it easy to overload. I'm working with 1/16" walls on 0.75"x1.5" mild steel tubes, it's pretty thin metal. For $35, I'd expect to cut and debur at least a bar or two before switching batteries. I couldn't finish two bars with both batteries at full charge. I finished the work with my hacksaw and file.It sharpened my knife though, for what it's worth.

I needed and angle grinder to do small jobs so I read the reviews of this product and others. I noticed that a lot of people were complaining about the batteries and that they only lasted for a few minutes. This product comes with two battries and a charger. They lasted for more than a few minutes and worked like a dream. Another comment was about it stopping if it got too hot - well that part is true but I also noticed that the reason it started to smoke was due to the fact that I was holding the blade at a slight slant.I would recommed this product for small jobs for general DIY around the house or craft hobbies. I think I would say though - if your going to buy a cordless angle grinder, make sure it has a charger with it.
