First the good about the purchase.The quality of the product and the installation were truly described. The measurements were perfect. We were greatly pleased with the results.The BAD!The three packages arrived separately without major damage but days apart. The bolts to secure the frame to the cement were of poor quality and broke when tighten. When the parts were checked and counted, the mosquito netting was missing. We reported this to the company and they assured us that they would take care of the problem, but they didn't. They stalled until the return date passed at which point even Amazon would not assist with getting what we had paid for.Expect to purchase quality bolts to secure the pergola. If you don't have all of the parts, just return it or know that you will need to purchase them on your own.

The pergola is very well designed. I installed in my porch attached to to my family room outside wall.

Just had this installed. Looks great in person, high quality materials very sturdy. Honestly it’s surprisingly nice - I spent a lot of time reviewing different options and this one is near perfect. Buy with confidence.

Surprisingly, rainwater is collected through the drainage system above the gazebo and drained directly through the base. I have to say, its structure is really very sturdy, and after installation, children playing inside will not be shaken and unstable, and anyone can use the handles to adjust the opening and closing of the shutters.
