I got this jacket on a whim, The one I got happened to be on sale when I looked at it and I couldn't pass it up. The jacket it very light weight, but warm. The nylon is very soft and it's quite comfortable. It's not water proof, so be careful if it's raining because you will get wet. Oddly enough, I've had numerous people tell me how much they "like my coat" when I'm out in public, which I get it, that's why I bought it, but I'll be honest, I don't know that I've ever had random people tell me they liked some article of clothing I was wearing.I do wish that the hood had a draw string, it's kind of loose on my head, and when I turn my head I just end up looking at the inside of the hood. Also the nylon shell ripped really easily, the not nearly as nice Columbia coat I have has been treated way less gentile and hasn't gotten any real damage, this one I barely rubbed up against something and now have a 2" tear on the back near the bottom. So be careful with it. Otherwise I'm reallly happy with this jacket and would buy another one without question.

I have had the jacket for a couple of months so far and have worn it to work and out about about walking / driving (no sport nor activity and the inside insulation is coming out of the jacket already. At $400, this is quite concerning. Hopefully I hear back from Cotopaxi on their thoughts...

Likes ?A nice look that gets lots of compliments, especially from women who love the color scheme.I got the burnt orange top & hood, with the dark blue lower that’s a waist slimming look.With the the 2 different orange horizontal stripes.A sunset look you might say.It’s their best looking design. It has the 2 typical pockets on the outside for your hands, and two big dump pockets on the inside.Its warm goose down loft, but not too warm that you have to take it off or sweat in the store etc.Dislikes ?The only thing I dislike about it, is their is no smaller pocket for a iPhone at chest level would have been nice.

These amazing jackets are super warm a d cozy, while being very light. They easuly fold into their own pocket and take very little space in the suitcase. I love mine so much, I bought one for my partner.

This jacket looks amazing on! Colors were a hit. The medium jacket fit perfectly. It is not a relaxed fit jacket. A comfortable fit, with room for movement.
