Not an actual fascinator. Just clips on a headband. It's cute but not well made. I went with another choice for my event but I kept this. Im sure I will wear at some point.

The item is as described & looks really nice.My one issue is with the packaging. The fascinator was slightly rolled to fit into the plastic which made it curl. I have to try to flatten it back out. Please revise the way this it packed and shipped for the next buyer.

All I received is the disc. There’s no headband, no clip, nothing. How am I supposed to attach it to my head???!!! Waste of money!
