It leaks water. Would not recommend item. Only works on hot. To get a refund you have to pay for shipping.

I purchased the water dispenser to replace a Ready Fresh dispensed that I returned.The dispenser looks kind of flimsy compared with the Ready Fresh unit. After I received it,I removed a 5-gallon bottle of spring water from my old unit and put it on the new one.The first thing I noticed is that the machine makes a lot of noise and the water is not as cold as thewater from my old unit. Also, the taste of the water is different from the old unit even though it was the same brand of water. I will be looking around to replace this unit.

Came opened by customs and when you add water (less than 1/2 gallon) it was popping and had a horrible burning smell. Very disappointing that I have to pay to ship it back

It chills the water nicely and heats its up hot enough for Ramen. It's lightweight and affordable... nothing more, nothing less.

Machine did not cool and when I contacted seller they gave me so many issues on return. They finally made me pay shipping to return it when machine didn’t even work and it was not my fault. They told me to return it, pay shipping and that they would reimburse me, which they never did.
