To be honest, I expected a 6.5/10 but received something around 8.5/10.It is quite and have a good water flow.For the price, this is a great deal.If you pretend to save energy by turning the cooling or heating ON only when you are going to use it, consider that this takes a little bit to get to the desired temperature, but it will certainly do.Also, this doesn't have a water pump, so it is basically gravity that pour the water into your cup. It's not slow, though.

I made a serious mistake trying to save money purchasing this cooler - not realizing it has a ridiculous shipping cost applied to the total price. I purchased it in November 2024, so I've had time to provide a proper evaluation. Don't buy this water cooler. Does not cool water properly. You're lucky if you get 4oz of "cool" water, because it's definitely not ever cold. Subsequent cups of water are room temperature at best. It's really an overpriced piece of plastic light weight junk that times the cooling of the water in intervals. Paid over 20 bucks in shipping cost and trust me, it's not worth it. I should have stuck with Avalon, much better cooler and always delivers cold water.
