I'm sorry guys. I have tried to use this on 10 different surfaces so far. Different types of wood floors, countertops and tile and it will not stay put. I always clean the surfaces first and use amazing dust removers but not having any luck. Seems durable and water though. I can use it on something that I will not be walking on but for the cost of it there is a couple other products out there that are a quarter of the price that stay put. Again sorry guys I don't know if I just received a roll out of a bad badge or what but with the price I don't want to take a chance again

We tried this for a 5 week job and now use for every job with a hardwood floor. It stops slipping and adds a great layer of wet and dry protection. It sticks without tape and stays in place extremely well. If you clean the floor prior to use and don't abuse it, you can reuse it, too.

I used this to cover saltillo tile during a remodel. It adhered very well. I only used a little duct tape at door entry points for extra protection. It is slightly padded which adds protection. Would use again.

After removal it left a sticky & tacky film on my hardwoods & it was not removable with soap & water...I had to use Simple Green & a scrub sponge to release the film. I will never use this brand again

This product MAY work well protecting hardwood floors that are not newly finished but it is terrible with newly restored hardwood floors. We waited a few weeks after the refinishing process to put this prodct down to protect the floors before remodelling contractors entered the premise. When it was time to remove this product there was some type of adhesive that stuck to the floors. Removing it involved a time consuming process over the entire floor. Next time we'll save money and time by using a paper product and not this one.

Review of: **Cover'n Go - Self Adhesive Padded Floor Protection 3' x 82' (246 sqft) - Remodeling, Construction, Moving. - Protects Hardwood and Tile from fluids and Impact.**The Good:-Definitely provides a durable protective surface-Easy to unroll and apply to your floor-Completely blocks water or any liquids-Provide a bit of cushioning, but not so much that it makes the surface squishy or bouncy-Long roll provides large amount of coverage-If it can be re-used, it makes this a pretty good valueThe Bad:-The adhesion is pretty light, which makes it good for unrolling and placing, but bad for not having the ends comes up a bitThe Bottom Line:I am working on a kitchen remodeling project, and wanted something to put down on my floors to protect from damage and also keep from getting too dirty. This Cover'n Go covering is doing a very good job in protecting my porcelain tile and laminate floor surfaces. It was very easy to unroll and put in place, in part due to the surface not being too sticky. But although the main areas are staying stuck on the floor just fine, the edges tend to come up a little bit. Since I didn't want to catch these edges when walking across them, I opted to stick some pieces of painter's tape on the corners to keep them securely in place. It is definitely key to make sure your floor surface is clean and free of excess dust before putting this in place as that will definitely impact the adhesion. I'm very confident that this will keep things from damaging my floor when carrying tools or supplies or even bringing appliances in and out of the area. At more than a dollar per linear foot (3 feet wide), this isn't inexpensive, but if it can be re-used several times like they advertise, it is still a good investment and a must-have for remodeling projects.

I really wanted to like these, as I have all these small household rugs with terribly rubber bottoms which seem to skid across my floor with ease and I needed something so I wouldn't slide across the floor and bust my face. The adhesion is insane and it will stay wherever you put it, however, they don't stick at all to the bottom of the rug, only the floor which is useless if you want to move the rugs around, since you'll be peeling these things off the floor and ruining your floor. They keep the rug in place, but the hassle is insane and you can't reuse these since they get hairy really fast and they won't restick once you've used them. I wanted to like them but they're just a pain and they stick well as long as you want the rug to sit in the same place forever without ever pulling it up or moving the rug. It's not for me.
