- Lightweight and portable, this test strip is compact in size, making it easy to carry and store. It is a practical supply for farms and veterinary clinics.
- Use this test strip to determine the timing of artificial insemination for bred dairy cows. Start testing on the 18th day after mating and continue for 5 days.
- A positive result is indicated by two red bands appearing in the T area of the test line and the C area of the control line. A negative result is indicated by only a red band in the control C area. An invalid result occurs if the control node C area does not show color.

Judgement Result:
- Pregnancy (positive): Two red bands appear, that is, red bands appear in the T area of the test line and the C area of the control line, indicating that they are pregnant;
- Not pregnant (negative): Only a red band appears in the control C area, and no red band appears in the T area of the test line, indicating that there is no pregnancy;
- Invalid (invalid): the control node C area does not show color, indicating that the test is invalid. In this case, please check again.

How to Use:
- Take the cow urine in a container, take out the test plate and straw from the aluminum foil bag, and use the straw to suck the urine
- Drop 3-4 drops into the circular sample hole (S) of the test plate, and the urine will slowly move to the other end of the test paper under the action of the siphon
- Observe one or two red lines in the window and observe the results within 10 minutes.

Best Use Date:
- The estrus cycle of a cow is 21 days. There are individual differences generally within 18-24 days. The timing of early pregnancy detection for bred dairy cows is to start the test on the 18th day after mating, and the test is continued for 5 days.
- One day is negative, indicating that the tested dairy cows and beef cattle are not pregnant. Progesterone should be at the lowest level. It is recommended to hurry up to breed, which can effectively increase the conception rate; if the test is positive for 5 consecutive days, it means that the tested cow is pregnant and should enter the pregnancy management.
- Another method is to closely observe whether the cattle have estrus performance from the 18th day after mating. If there is estrus, test immediately. For those who are not in heat, do a test 24 days after mating.
