This came very well packaged in bubble wrap, a fitted box, and packing box which I appreciated. High quality and looks great. Strong teeth hangers for option to hang portrait or landscape style. The matting is removable if you want to use it for a banner or poster instead. Will buy more.

I was looking for a double frame to give as a gift to my son-in-law and I couldn't afford custom framing for an awkward diploma size, so I had questions. The CEO, Mr. Reiss responded to my inquires and was extremely accommodating and kind. He addressed my issues, all while ensuing I received my product expeditiously and in time for Christmas. I bought the wrong size in the first order I got and then I was able to return the frames to exchange for the correct size. I did have to pay for return shipping but I understand that since they are heavy. These frames look great and fit my diplomas great! (Especially when you order the correct size)

I ordered the three-diploma frame a month ago for my associate degrees and liked it SO MUCH that I just had to order the two-diploma frame for my bachelor and masters degrees. I just need one more single frame for the doctorates so I will probably be buying this brand for that one. The frame arrived marked as fragile so that was nice, also it is undamaged with not a single scratch on it. I was able to placed the diplomas in the dividers included with the frame and hanging it on the wall took only about 3 minutes. Great product!
