My niece is just starting to learn how to throw discus so I got this for her. Good value for a practice discus! Weight is exactly as described!

It’s a rubber discus. Pretty simple. You throw it and go pick it back up and do it again. Seems durable enough but I’m a hurdler and got it for fun.

This was order for my son, it’s great quality. The size was too small for him but he use it for practicing his form. He is in high school so it just was a bit small.

So far so good. The disc works great for throwing indoors in a gymnasium. No markings were left on the floor and no marks appear on the disc. The material might take some getting used to but once you break in the disc, it should be fine.

I love the case - it is obviously more bulky that the designer cases but does a great job of protecting the phone. And the stylus hides a way nicely. Definitely worth the $$$.
