I purchased these in the lighter color and was pleased with the texture. The finish looks like stone instead of plastic. I highly recommend the collection, although I can only speak to the lighter colors :)

It seemed a bit expensive but I paid it and it works. It covers the air intake for our spa. Looks like a real rock.
