Purchased a new craftsman riding lawnmower, had it about two months and I had to jump start it. Will I’ve used it about three more times and all times had to jump start it. Why would any riding lawnmower manufacturer would put such a piece of garbage Cub cadet on a $2,600 machine.

Got it ,installed it,on lawnmower and 1.5 months later and had to charge it. After 10 days had to recharge it. It won't last 3 months. Dead again. Checked all wires and no prob. So it's the battery. Will NOT buy again !!!!

We bought a Cub Cadet XT2/46 riding mower last june. The battery was dead & had to be recharged in less than 10 months after new purchase. Reviews that I'm reading all say the same thing, they don't last. I've had several riding mowers of different manufactures, & never had battery issues prior to this purchase. I love the mower, but the battery is awful. I would highly recommend not purchashing another battery than cub cadet.
