Ordered the 16885 slider on 3/5/2025. Received the hitch began installation of it in the truck only find that the sent the incorrect hitch plate with the order. We received 165115 which was the regular 5th wheel hitch non sliding. After messages and sending pictures the return message stated they would be picking up the hitch and once returned refund. Received a bill of lading for pickup but no clear instructions what was being pickup assumed it was the entire hitch. Had to call the manufacturer of the hitch to clarify and find out they were only picking up the incorrect hitch plate and sending a new one. New one arrived within a day and the return was to be picked up 3/19, but carrier did pickup until 3/20. Upon opening the correct hitch plate found the lube plate that was to be included per the pictures and description was not in there. Again messaged regarding missing lube plate. To be told that this was not included with the 16884. Sent back pictures showing it was included per what I ordered for $1300. Finally go message that manufacturer would be sending one out. If something is advertised to include parts those parts should be included. Warehouse where these are shipped from needs extensive training on products to alleviate the stress and trouble of customers getting incorrect product and finding out as they install the item since these hitches are not light and not easy to pack back up for return.

Installation is fairly straightforward. I recommend having a second hand available to help lift and maneuver as you assemble. Comes in 3 boxes. Which is good because each part is rather heavy.The hitch seems secure and very robust one installation is complete.This will be my first time using the puck system. I have pulled many gooseneck trailers but not 5th wheel style hitch.I gave it a test coupling and decoupling and it was very simple to get the pin lined up with the receiver. The hitch lock slides into place on contact. Making coupling that much easier.Removing the lock took some effort. It tends to bind on the pin a bit, nothing a little extra force didn't cure. Also, I think it might be easier if you were to move the truck forward and backward slightly to help the lock disengage easier. Need to try this myself.I will come back and update this review once I have pulled my RV long distance and feel comfortable with the hitch to give a final review of safety and towability.

Comes in three pieces, fortunately, that you install in sequence and makes it such a breeze. Easy use and is easy to adjust as necessary for your truck.
