The quality is great. The ease of assembly and tightening is effortless. I did use a impact on it and some lock tight but could be done with a wrench also easily

These are built tough. I have several for different vehicles. Works as it's intended and installs easily. The price is on point. Capacity was just what I needed. I recommend this for towing anything you need . Capacity is clearly stamped on the ball.

I purchased this to install on an arm that would fit my 2023 Tesla Model Y with 3500 pound tow limit. People are amazed that I am towing a covered trailer with my Tesla. This hitch ball fits the bill perfectly.

Not sure what can go wrong with a hitch ball. They either send you the wrong part - or it’s perfect. Not a lot of middle ground to review. So yeah….I got a hitch ball….it works perfectly.

It is a simple 2" ball for towing a trailer. The flats on the ball side do make for a much simpler installation on any hitch mount.
