I liked it, I turnedas a gift for my special one ❤️. I did pay extra for the wrapping, it was good but not as expected the wrapping was a little bit cheap... The sweater itself feels amazing 👏

Amazing product!Whats even better is the customer service.There was a small typo on the hoodie I purchased but they corrected it and got me a new high quality beautifully embroidered product going for me right away. I already have a new tracking number. I would use this company again and again. Thank you so much!

This is the cutest thing.I left a small note asking if they could put a heart after my name, and the excitement after I opened my package to find that little heart, meant the world to me. Excellent quality, so beautiful.So special.I wouldn’t put this sweatshirt in the dryer, just a tumble.

These hoodies are amazing! I got matching ones for me and my boyfriend and I asked them to put hearts where I put (heart) because it didn't have the icon option and they did and i'm so thankful. Great quality hoodie and i would 100% buy again.

There are several things to mention about this custom sweater. Firstly, the material was much thinner than a normal sweatshirt and the size was huge! I ordered a small and it was more like a large fit.Second, which I'm mostly too blame, I asked for the stiching to be on the left side (my bad for doing that), but here is where customer service could have stepped in. No one reached out to me to let me know that that would cause the wording to be backwards. Honestly, I'm shocked that they actually made the shirt at all like that. It looks horrible and they had to have known that prior to sending it.Third, it took me 3 weeks to get it. In the meantime I placed multiple etsy orders for custom blankets and got those with in a week.In summary, this was an unfortunate waste of money, quality and looks wise. Their customer service should have caught this error and reached out.

The embroidery job was great, but the material could’ve been thicker.I ordered this for New York winters but the cold will cut right through this..I expected it to be higher quality for the $50 I spent.. love the colors and it is a decent value overall but I would expect thicker material for the price. Will be great to wear at night in the summer or in the fall and spring though.3/5
