This item is totally as described, it’s just more difficult to see the photo inside than I had anticipated. This was a gift and the photo is of my grandparents. So maybe it’s because there are two people in the photo and not one. My mother loved the gift so it’s still a nice product.

Just received today and I can see the picture clear with my cell phone camera. I couldn’t see well with just looking with my eye but I am okay with that. It is for someone special who passed away and I like that it is hidden. Going to order a few more.

Ordered this being unsure of the quality, but took a chance as reviews were good…well it’s absolutely beautiful & not a cheaply made item! You can feel the weight of it so it’s not a cheap metal. Purchased as a memorial ornament for a family member & purchased another for ourselves. Beautiful gift, do not hesitate to purchase.

I bought the pet ornament for my best friend who lost her dog this year. I put a beautiful picture of the dog in the ornament. When I received it today, I was very excited because I know she will love this gift. Unfortunately, Although I tried many times and even in front of a window and flashlight, I could only see a blob of white and the sides of the dog were manipulated. It didn’t even look like him and what I wanted was his beautiful eyes most of all. I tried to project it on the wall. That did not work either. It was a waste of money. So disappointed. I think you have to make sure your picture is fairly far away. If it’s too close it just looks like a blob. My picture fit in the circle provided, but they should add that the further back the picture is the better the result.

Picture cannot be seen. The area for the photo is about 5mm big and not under a microscope, a phone, a flashlight or a projector pointed at it can you see the picture. Its a blob of color. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. You will be so disappointed if you give this as a gift. And EMBARRASSED.
