Measurements by Length
In this image, both designs appear identical in length. However, they vary significantly in height due to the number of characters in each design. Please note that all our custom name orders are sized based on length only!
Adding Lines and Hearts
Please remember that when lines and hearts are added to your names, they are also included in the length measurements. This can significantly reduce the height of the characters, so it's important to keep this in mind.
Small Pieces
By default, we generally attach small elements like the dots above the "i", although not everything can be attached. Please note that hearts and lines are only compatible with the Isabella font.
Blue Tape
Please remove the tape on the back of the design. The tape is there to secure the design within its carrier to prevent any breakage during transit. Once the tape is removed, the design should easily fall out, although a gentle tap might be needed to help it along.

Discolored Edges
The edges of the laser-cut pieces will appear darker because the laser cutting process naturally darkens the birch wood. This can easily be painted or left alone.
Burnt Smell
You may notice a burnt odor on some cuts, which is a result of the laser cutting process. However, this smell will dissipate over time.

Absolutely perfect. I painted and added to my new grandbabies wreath. So cute!! I glued a little bee for the dot of the eye. Just goes along with the theme of the wreath.

I wanted to embellish my plain Vintage Sewing Box so I added this beautiful wood sign. The size of the Letters were perfect, and it was reasonably priced. It's no longer an ordinary Sewing Box. I was also very pleased with the shipping care to ensure it wasn't damaged in transit.
