Love these hand grips. They work great in either position so your hands and wrists don't get sore. They are not soft, but they give you a larger area for your palm or turn your hand sideways for a break.

It took about 4 trials to figure the perfect position to adjust these to for maximum comfort. Also, the design allowed me to extend my grips out about 3/4 of an inch on each side. These really took the strain off my palms.

I mostly like these because you can change your hand position without taking your hand off the grip. They also feel good.

My shoulders are now happier because of these grips. I purchased higher riser bars, but decided to try these grips on the current bars I had on , I love the color and didn’t want to really swap them out. I’m glad I did because I don’t t really need higher riser bars, I just needed a better more solid grip. I love that these aren’t squishy, but hard plastic. I can really open up my chest and breathe while riding with these. My hands and shoulders are happier after about 26 miles. Happy purchase.

These are really high-quality grips with a nice hand platform and upward curved end. Installation was easy, but with attention to detail of moving my Shimano brake and gearlevers to avoid getting the levers too close to the inner part of the grips. It is also important to find a nice alignment between brake lever position and your hand placement on the platform. Optimally, there should be minimal reach to the levers.I think that these grips are amazingly comfortable and really improve biking ergonomics by moving the rider back about 3cm, which makes for a straighter back and less upper extremity pain in the trapezius/neck. Formerly, I was plagued by intermittent hand numbness over the median nerve sensory pattern distribution, sort of like a carpal tunnel syndrome of biking. I did not experience hand numbness with these grips which made for a very pleasurable ride of 40km today.In summary, I really like these grips and how they have made mountain and gravel biking fun again.

These grips are great. I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and the grips have helped alot with numb hands and soreness. The grips have helped reduce that considerably. I recommend for people with similar hand problems to try a pair You won't regret it.
