What's in the box: 10 string, concave bearing, bearing puller, yoyo glove, semi-hard sided zipper case. This is an H-shaped yoyo. Similar to many others, I have purchased recently, it has an H shape that reminds me a bit of the YYF Super G. There is a very slight undercut as the yoyo changes angles in the catch zone, likely for weight issues. The yoyo does have a surface treatment, making it grind friendly. Finger and arm grinds go nicely. IRG thumb grinds are easy in these rims even without a rim friendly to it. Top-on finger spins are still beyond my skill set but even in my attempts I was seeing this yoyo wanting to correct, which is an indicator of stable horizonal play. The surface treatment is different than other yoyos as it’s grindable yet the colors are unusually intense for such a yoyo. I think it’s a good look. The graphics are relatively simple and easily identifies the yoyo. Bangers are easy to land and the yoyo remains stable when pushed fast. The yoyo ships stock with a responsive bearing. I swapped it with the included concave bearing, so this is both suitable and affordable for players at all levels of the yoyo game. For one purchase, you can go from beginner to advanced with one metal yoyo. The case makes it ideal for throwing in your bag and going. I don’t use a yoyo glove, yet the included glove is fine and good for those who do use them. 10 strings means you have enough to buy this and learn and then go buy some bulk strings.

I bought two D24s and have been playing with them a lot. This throw is super smooth! I love the angular shape of it, it’s incredibly stable and I get lots of spin time. The sides are dished inward for finger spins which is a really nice addition. I’d like some brighter colorways, but other than that, I’m very happy with it. The D24 is a solid choice for a budget angular H-shape!

I really liked this yo-yo set, I got it for my nephew but I almost kept it for myself. It comes with a nice aluminum yo-yo that comes with a separate bearing to make it responsive if desired. The glove isn’t anything special but the rigid case is awesome!

My son has been enjoying this yoyo! I used to play with them when I was a kid and still remember the tricks to teach him and this performs them effortlessly! It's a nice solid light weight metal yoyo and the design is cool! Definitely not a cheap piece and worth picking up!

This YoYoStudio D24 yoyo totally surprised me. For being affordable and designed to make finger spins a easier to learn. NOTE! This is an unresponsive yoyo, which means that the yoyo only comes back with a trick called bind. The yoyo doesn't come back up with a tug.First impression is the yoyo is pretty big in size. It's pretty wide so it makes learning horizontal play a little easier especially being such an affordable budget throw. The body has a nice blasted finish so it's smooth on body grinds. The dimple in the cup helps trying to learn finger spins a lot easier than other yoyos I have. It has a pretty balance weight distribution throughout the yoyo.Since by design the dimple for finger spins does make the yoyo tilt a little bit when you do hard hitting techy string tricks but overall it's a great yoyo with an awesome price.
