I love the DakPets Deshedding Tool, but I've had it a long time and decided I should try replacing the blade. The old blade still removes lots of fur, the new one removes almost none. I don't even understand how it's possible. I pet my dog and her fur is all over me, I run the new blade over her, almost nothing. I put the old blade back on, it takes off tons of fur. Returned.

It beats buying the whole blade and handle, but buying both is only a couple more dollars than just buying the replacement blade.

I love this product! It has reduced the amount of fur on everything in our home. I purchased just in time for warm weather to begin. It prevented the hairballs and matted fur in the long hair cat, it reduced the amount of fur on the carpets and furniture, and our big Rhodesian Ridgeback mix is a lot cooler and more comfortable.

My dog loves to be groomed with the deshedding tool. It works wonderfully and I got the replacement so I have it on hand, I don't want to go without. Great tool.

Really like it but did not read description fully and had to buy the tool separately. Duh, I guess I had a moment. Works great on our large white German Shepherd.

Great product- works as well as the furminator. The only thing it doesn't have is the lever that pushes the hair off the tool, but it's not a big deal. This is a fantastic tool, and I'd highly recommend it! It works on my Golden Retriever, my German Shephard, and my poodle mix.
