I give the quality of the cap a 4 star, however it will not be put to use and returned. The max measurement size it can be used is accurate, however it was a bit small. It is unfortunate, but will be purchasing another similar cap that will be an adult size. Hopefully, we can adjust it to the smaller end of it.

Too big for a 2 year old and that’s with the strap tightened as far as it can go. Seems to be for big kids only . But it looks exactly as pictured .

My daughter used this for her Halloween costume, but has since taken to wearing it daily. She said it is her new favorite hat. It is nice quality and able to be sized.
