I purchased this for my 2017 Lexus RX350, to install a dash camera by tapping it to the rear view mirror wiring. It was so easy, the adapter works like a charm. The instructions are clear. It includes a voltmeter where you can tap to any wire and tells you the voltage, making it much easier to tap into fuses and finding out which wire to tap. Very good kit. I also short of 2 USB C connectors, and I just emailed the seller, they sent me the power adapter and connectors free of charge!Did all the install in less than 15 minutes.

I have a 2017 GX460 premium. I purchased this adapter to run a 70mai dashcam that requires 3A power. I was very happy with this product. It is a tight fit until you get it in the headliner, I got a nice clean install and it works as designed. I especially liked that the adapter comes with a voltmeter to ensure it will work before you start stuffing it in the headliner. Worked so well I got one that fits my wifes vehicle.

Used this item to install a dash cam on the family car. Customer assistance was excellent, as they confirmed within 24 hours that it was the correct accessory. It took only a few minutes to plug it into the rear view mirror connection, then to plug in the dash cam. It came with all the needed power cables, and appears to be very well made. It is nice to have a dash cam without any wires hanging down. It provided the clean install we were looking for. Highly recommended.

Ordered both the 5p and 10p versions for my 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness because seller couldn't confirm which one I needed. 5p was the correct one, so I'll return this one. However, my review if the overall product is the same. This was a super tidy, very simple install. For someone not willing to pull apart half the front panel to run wires to the fuse box - and willing to sacrifice parking mode - this was the perfect solution.

Non existent instructions (thus the 3 stars) but I found videos on YouTube explaining how to access the power supply on our Lexus ES300h. After that it was easy to install. I actually spent more time looking for videos instructions than installing the splitter

2024 Tacoma. Plug and play to provide power when vehicle is on. However, not usable for me because it does not power a dashcam for parking mode (ie, with the vehicle off).If I were going to keep it I'd much rather have had 2 USB C cords than mini USB. Also, the included cords are fine but pretty long for the tight quarters overhead. I would definitely be contacting them in hopes of shorter cords.

I bought this dashcam power adaptor for my Corolla Cross 2024.It works very well and it has a second USBtype A that suits for a second dashcam that I used as a rear camera.
