Original pulley was starting to make slight amount of noise, so replaced while I was tearing it down to replace a failing water pump. No noise.. seems to work fine.

Most of the time the knocking noise on the Toyota drive belt tensioner is just a pulley bearing. This saves a lot of money.

Well I lied - there is still a whine on the drivetrain but its VERY quiet because of this pulley! The tensioner isn't making noise anymore but I think the whine is now coming from the AC Compressor bearing.

Seems fine. Didn't install yet but it looks like it will match up perfectly to the oem honda pully. Won't know the quality of the part for another 100k miles. We will see.
