Received the Balancer today. This is the ONLY Balancer to buy for a C5 Corvette. As I opened the package to check on it before my mechanic spends 6 hrs to install it, I noticed there is road rash (concrete rash from someone dropping it). I also noticed scratches inside the housing from someone trying to install it previously. I did not spend hundreds of dollars for a used part. Especially one that takes so long to install. Very disappointing. I have to give at least 3 stars because the product is great and the shipping was fast,

Have had this Powerbond harmonic balancer on my 2007 Corvette base for 3 months and it has so far shown no signs of excessive wobbling/issues.I previously have replaced the factory balancer once a year from Chevy and got sick of them either delaminating (separating) or the pulley wobbles and backs the crank bolt out.This one feels much sturdier, but will tell if it will hold up and stay in place. I’m confident it will though!

This item was returned because would not work on my 2010 base LS3 Corvette. It is quality, just did not fit.

I used it to replace the OEM balancer that was on my 09 G8. The original one had a bad wobble from day one. This one fit like a glove. I also used a ARP bolt to get rid of GM's TTY bolt. I also liked the price compaired to all of the big named brands of race balancers. Since mine is a street car with a mildly modified LS motor this one fit the bill perfect. I recommend this product..
