When you initially pierce your septum, it will be no smaller than 16g. Some piercers prefer to start septum piercings at 14g, so it’s important to make sure you know the size you’re pierced at.
Additionally, you don’t have to stay at the initial size you’re pierced at. If you’d prefer something smaller, you can downsize to a 16g. Or, if you’d prefer something larger, you can stretch up past 00g.

I got these when i had to take all my earrings out for work- they didn’t bother my ears at all! just make sure you look at the gauge size before purchasing to make sure they fit your ears!

I needed a retainer for my daith for a procedure and this was perfect. It came in a few sizes and I used one of the bigger ones. It was a flexible plastic so it was easy to put in. I loved that the balls on the end screwed on so I felt secure wearing it, although the jewelry had external screws. I would recommend this.
