First off the stud has metric threads. The other deal breaker is the thickness of the metal around the mounting points and going up into the rubber portion. It is a lot thinner and just appears wimpy next to an original OE part. Would likely hold up with a slant-six or a 318, but would not trust it to last long with a health V8.

Do Not fit my 1964 Chrysler New Yorker.....Does not even line up with the holes on the tranny....

This mount was basically the same as the old, worn out factory mount. It fit and works fine.
