With this design there is an issue. The 2 pins that should create a pinch point and hold to the stringer slips more often than not. When it does catch, it works great. The manufacturer should have welded a bead or something rough on the inside so it would have a little bite to it and it would have worked perfectly.

It serves its purpose and works but I get confused sometimes on how its suppose to be placed on stud to bend the board. Also sometimes it slips on pressure treated or smooth studs which causes the tool to sleep which can be annoying. But overall it has been durable and served its purpose

Maybe the handle a little bigger for more leverage and the caps pop out but pretty good

Slipped when straightening some deck boards. Liked that I could use my knee to free up both hands

As several others mentioned, it slips on the joist making it difficult to get enough grip to pull the decking board into place.

The product made a mess of the joist tape applied correctly to the joists. It stretched and bunched the tape up making it impossible to get a level area for next deck boards.

Tool works well, had to put better pins in as the position you use it in pushes the pin out and goes under the deck. Otherwise works great

This product works great when the joists are dry and it lets the bar grip it, but if there is a little moisture on the joist it slips. I recommend wrapping the part that grips the joist with rubber tape, and problem solved.
