J’ai eu de la difficulté à le démarrer car rien ne semblait conforme. J’ai dû aller chez un spécialiste avec frais bien sûr. Aussi, la batterie n’est pas de bonne qualité. Après quelques temps d’utilisation, je dois me brancher à chaque fois que je l’utilise, maximum une heure.

Not a top performer by specs, but this is exactly what I wanted to use as a touch screen, convertible laptop for simple graphic work (paint.net), office software, web browsers that can play YouTube videos, video conferencing, and run Linux (Debian/Parrot) when needed. The screen folds around the base of the laptop with a 2-stage hinge. Going past a certain point disables the built-in keyboard and touchpad to prevent accidental inputs when using the laptop as a tablet or putting the keyboard on things while it is upside-down. I ordered one to try for multiple use cases. The first one became the office computer for a volunteer-run museum. I ordered a second for myself. They were both refurbished, and the only difference I could find is that the second one had a lid decoration that looks like a carbon-fiber pattern. The touch-screen is capacitive for fingers. There may support for a Wacom/Cintiq digitizer pen, but I did not have one around to test. Each of these laptops now uses a USB-C docking station/multi-port adapter (like B0B1PT5FVM and B09YV2DTPL) for wired Ethernet and some other features.

the laptop packed nicely and it came in nice box.Good second laptop with nice config but battery issue needs to be adjusted. Not sure if this model itself will be like this or because its refurbished has this issue.nevertheless good laptop to try with touch.

Very happy with this purchase.Shipping was quick and was exactly as described. I choose the excellent option and there's just a few cosmetic blemishes from daily use, so nothing to fret about. Battery seems fairly decent, probably around 60% of it's original life and to be expected since it was used.All specs were as advertised, came with Windows 11, and was properly packaged. I had a similar version for work prior to an upgrade and knew this model has plenty of life left.All in all I'm satisfied and would recommend to others looking for an upgrade or just a laptop to do daily tasks such as office, media watching, or browsing the web. It will definitely last longer than a tablet for close to the same price.

My battery stopped carrying a charge 6 months after purchase. I have noticed several others also saying the same thing. The seller is refusing to fix or replace. They know what they are doing. For those of you here who bought, I suggest reporting the seller to Amazon so they cannot continue selling through them. I will be doing the same.

This worked great and was the size and specs I was looking for, but was very disappointed that about 10 keys wouldn't register when pressed, or had to be pressed hard and multiple times. This was a renewed unit and I ended up returning it due to the keyboard issues. You would think the keyboard would have be thoroughly tested.

The laptop itself is a nice little work machine, it looks nice, and it feels even better, it is lightning fast and the touchscreen is a beauty. The batter is absolutely horrible, it lasts about an hour, I find this to be extremely disappointing.
