The one star is because it’s attractive. Otherwise, this faucet has been a nightmare. We have tried three different solenoids, and it still leaks and drips continuously. I have paid enough in plumber bills to have bought two of them.

The wrench to tighten the center bolt is included. Philips head screwdriver and an ordinary wrench is all you need. Beautifully crafted. Gives a shower and continuous waterfall flow that makes using it easy. Single handle operation is a plus.

I absolutely love the look and use of this faucet. I never realized I needed a touch faucet until I got one. It makes everything so much easier. I absolutely love it and it matches my café appliances perfectly.

We did a full renovation of our home and fell in love with the Delta Champagne colour for the fixtures. Unfortunately all the products do NOT come in the same colour of Champagne. The bathroom taps , towel bars, kitchen tap was all different shades of gold. It’s not to bad from the bathroom to kitchen, but in the bathroom when you have all differing shades from the shower sprayer to the tub faucet to the sink faucet to towel bars, it looks terrible!!! What’s even worse is after trying to contact Delta no one calls you back. From emailing them to calling the rep in the Edmonton area, to leaving info with Amazon. NO ONE ever got back to me regarding this problem. I can not afford to replace all the fixtures again , so I just have to live with the problem. Disappointed in all areas from Amazon to Delta.

Our sink is in our kitchen island and we would end up with water on the countertop all around the faucet and sometimes “rivers” spreading along the island from everyone turning water off with wet hands. Getting a touch faucet solved this problem and once we got used to it, it’s so easy to use and a lot more convenient than a traditional faucet. This model looks nice in our modern home, works well (no issues using the batteries so far), and I would 100% recommend to anyone considering a touch faucet. It senses even the slightest taps, but isn’t over-sensitive either. It knows the difference between a touch and a grab so it won’t turn on (or back off) if you’re just moving the head or wiping it off to clean it.

Nice item, however expensive. I had problem with installation, because the water temp light could not be installed to Ben in the front, is sideways… it just did not work to install otherwise. Too bad, is a nice item, well built, with safety feature to avoid water hose to be disconnected as other models. I bought before a different model, nice, chipper and within a day it flooded my kitchen because the water hose is not secure, installed only bu hand pressure. So be aware of that. This unit has a bracket to hold the water supply hose in place.

choosing this faucet. It's beautiful and works like a charm, but if your sink is on an island and you reach behind the faucet, it turns on constantly when you brush it. Still, it is slick to be able to clean vegetables without constantly dripping water around the faucet handle or wasting water between carrots or whatever.Good value for the money. I'm waiting to see how long the 6 batteries last. If it's too short, I plan to put in a hard wired connection.Now I'd do anything to get rid of this horrible faucet. Its hot water seems to mess the faucet up so it simply quits giving ANY water. You can touch, turn the facet on and off, and wait to your heart's content but still no water comes out of it until it decides to give you any water. What a piece of crap--it seemed like a good idea but don't waste your money or your time!Poorly engineered and poorly put together. Forget touch faucets unless you like a wet sleeve when you don't need water and unless you like to take long breaks while doing dishes or unless you want to go back to carrying water to rinse your dishes. I've been keeping track--the batteries last 2-3 months only. Beware of this glitzy, expensive product!

Does everything it claims to do. A few things to note: the weight used to retract the nozzle could be heavier, or perhaps it is just how I have it installed, since I usually have to help it back into its return position. There is a lot going on under my sink (battery pack, disposal, outlet for dishwasher and pipes) so the weight can't move freely. The battery pack does not have a bracket to keep it in place - it is loose. The water also automatically shuts off after a minute or two which can be annoying if you are washing dishes by hand.I love the color indicator at the base for temperature of the water. It's one of those things I didn't know it had and I'm pleasantly surprised at how often I look at it when using the faucet.The color/finish is perfect for my kitchen and the style is timeless, so I don't have to worry about it looking dated in a few years.No complaints so far.

After receiving this product, we noticed two manufacturer defects on the neck of the faucet. We contacted Amazon right away and they sent us a brand new faucet asap. We just received it and it looks perfect! Thank you Amazon customer service it was very much appreciated!!
