Solid construction. Must brace protector inside with both hands to absorb power shots because it will transfer. I think this is the case with all of them though. The buckle and the velcro make it easier to put on by one's self than other chest protectors.

This thing can take a punch and you wouldn't feel a thing.The sound of a punch might be like a "Bang!"but the feel you will get is like a tiny "boop".I literally laughed when my friend gave his strongest punch to the body (he is an amateur boxer).because it surprised me so much on how much impact this body gear can reduce.I strongly recommend this product.This product makes a win win situation for the hitter and the taker.Hitter can hit as hard as he/she canand taker can take more punches and not destroy their own body to risk.It's great!

This is a grate piece of equipment. I use this for boxing training and it is worth the buy. It has awesome protection against some of the hardest hitters I train with. Super happy with this product!

Great support and padding. not too strong for side kick or heel kicks.the upper chest keeps it hard to bring thai pads underhand together. it restricts my arm movement.
