The threaded post was threaded on two ends with a blank space in between. Makes it so you really can’t cut it to length for my carb. Had to jury rig another post with my own materials

Works great and doesn’t interfere with the choke like other air cleaners do. Oh and looks good too

Specs say it drops 1/2". It seems more than that. Use a 2" filter instead of the supplied 3" and it's about as low as you can go. Clears Street Demon carb and linkage just fine. Shiny.

Nice assembly and seems to be a quality product. Much better than the previous JEGS air cleaner assembly I had. Fits with the Demon 625 2901 carb. Sadly, the universal air cleaner assemblies hit the choke mechanism on these new style 2901 Demon carbs... I wish this was published in the product information. This is a Demon design "gotcha" for an extra $40ish.Two picks!1. The paper air cleaner is made in Taiwan... I threw it away.2. The assembly should be sent with a provision/adapter for the breather. I ended up having to buy a Spectre breather kit. IMO the air cleaner assembly isn't really complete without it. Even if you choose not to use it, the option should be in the kit.I placed a 4" K&N filter in the Demon assembly and it fits snugly and makes a positive seal. So at the end of the day my truck is ready to roll! But my pocketbook is lighter thanks to Demon designs...

Hi Quality, well packed and arrived without damage, has 2 different studs for easy fitting, works well with the Street Demon carby, which has an odd shape choke and required a different air cleaner.Fit and finish is good.
