I wanted to wear these in a few different scenarios to test them and write a transparent review. They definitely provide the lift and enhancement I was looking for, after losing almost 70 pounds and dropping from a full C to a barely C, but too much for a B cup (why are the girls the FIRST thing to go?🤣) They look natural in ALL the bras I've tried (Maidenform cloud style underwire, Bralette with light padding and a high impact sports bra.)I had an operator error at first and looked a bit lopsided because I didn't pay attention to which was right or left, and that DOES matter 😅 They're easy to get in and adjusted once you practice a bit, everyone's anatomy is different. They come with little stickers to cover your sensitive bits (not sure if Amazon flags specific anatomical words as "inappropriate") Which was GREAT considering I have piercings there. I'll likely save those and just remove my barbells when I wear these, as they were kind of itchy (I typically react to adhesive.)Considering my sensitivity to adhesive, I was apprehensive of the sticky factor, but they weren't irritating at ALL and stayed in place really well. I found myself checking to make sure, because they were so light I was worried I wouldn't notice if they slipped around, but that wasn't the case at ALL. These things don't budge while you move, I even did some gardening to really put them to the test. All the photos are with the inserts, without them there's barely anything there and definitely don't have cleavage without them.

It took me a while to figure out how to use it but once I did, OMG. I feel very confident wearing low-cut tops now. Even if the top doesn’t allow for cleavage, I like the way it makes my bust look much fuller to fill out my clothes more. The only problem is that they can be a bit bulky and show through some clothing. Sometimes you can mask it but other times they are unwearable. For reference, I am a 32B.

are perfect for adding volume and shape to your bikini. The adhesive is strong yet gentle on the skin, and it leaves no residue when removed. They are easy to apply and remove, staying in place all day. They have a natural shape that fits different cup sizes. Plus, they are reusable, making them very practical. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their figure discreetly and comfortably at the beach or pool.

Title: Amazing and Comfortable!Review: I absolutely love these adhesive pads! They stick perfectly and provide a very natural lift. Definitely what I was looking for and needed! perfect amount of lift . Great for many braless outfits. The double-sided adhesive works amazingly well—they stay in place all day, whether in a sports bra or swimsuit. Very comfortable and completely invisible under clothing. reusable and easy to clean, making them a great value. If you need a little extra boost with security, these are a must-have! Highly recommend 10 out of 10. Clean look and very functional

These bra inserts are the best I have ever tried they make everything look natural they're comfortable there's no imprints or anything where you can tell I love them and I would definitely order these again which I probably will. They are sticky on both sides which helps them stay into place without sliding they're not lumpy I love them I would definitely recommend these to anyone especially if you have that dress or that shirt that you just can't wear cuz your breast aren't big enough this would be the product that I would recommend to anyone!! And the fact that they are reusable makes it even more great they are very easy to use they lifted me about two cup sizes and they fit well in my sports bra and my regular bra anything I wore they fit very well and comfortable and felt natural!

I love these bra inserts! Quality build and perfect design. They provide the perfect amount of lift and shape. Don’t feel bulky or uncomfortable. They fit seamlessly into my bras.
