It's fairly easy to slide the dividers onto the frame; however, while sliding the first divider on, the base began to bend on one side and nearly broke in half. I knocked off one star for this mishap. I like this organizer specifically because you can adjust the width between the mesh dividers. It's also lightweight with foam pads already attached on the bottom. It's sturdy enough to hold file folders or books, binders, or even sacks if so desired. I think this is a good value.

When I ordered this I didn't read the description and just assumed I'd get the finished product, so when it arrived with 3 units and a flat piece I thought parts were missing. I was wrong and this was better than expected. It clearly says in the description that you have to assemble it. It was easy to put together and I realized that the spacing is flexible. Depending on what you want to put in each section, you can make them wider or more narrow. I took some photos hoping to show you how this works. I'm happy with this. The quality is good, it is very stable and strong enough for the purpose.
