This product was open at the top and missing the tacks and scratcher. Too much of a pain to ship it back. Very disappointing.

Not only was the tube open at the top, I didn't receive the scratcher, manual, cloth, eraser, 6 pins, 4 golden thumbtacks. The poster is beautiful, but that is the only thing I got. I'd like to have the rest so that we can use this product the way it was designed.

Second order of travel map poster. It has been a nicely packaged gift for a retirement party and a wedding gift along with travel books suited to the recipients interests. I will order again.
