I see a lot of much cheaper generic/off-brand items, but I just don't trust them to not wear out the batteries faster. Plus, I've NEVER had a dewalt charger quit working.

DeWalt products are my go to. This Double charger allows me to have plenty of access to readily charged batteries when working on a project. DeWalt products are little on the pricey side. They are an excellent value for the money and very dependable this charger lives up to the reputation.

Still working like a champ since 2021. I wish it came with a wall mount bracket. Even a separate wall mount accessory would be acceptable. Removing the batteries is always a hassle because I have to hold down on the entire light weight charger, it makes 1 handed battery removal impossible. Guess I'll 3D print a wall mounting bracket for it. The 4 port charger has wall mount bracket built in but it's also much more expensive. As for the charger itself, it's been working perfectly for 3 years and there are always batteries in it or about to go in it.

The charger arrived quickly and was easy to understand and use. The charging speed is not fast, but on a job site it will work as long as you have extra batteries on hand. The documentation says 45 to 80% but top-offs seem to be faster. I like the long power cord, but wish it was a higher amp charger, like the DCB115, but only in a double, Or the fast charger with the cooling fan but alas we use what we can find.

This unit is for using at home but could easily serves its purpose in a industrial work environment as well.We already have a station but only for one battery, so obviously this one can charge two at the same time. It is more convenient than a solo charger but I find the price a little bit high. I could have gone with a knock off brand but I trust Dewalt and if anything goes wrong with our Dewalt tools/accessories usually they have a good costumer support so I didn't mind paying the extra bucks.There are two USB ports so you can keep your cellphone or any other devices charged while you work . This becomes handy if your a contractor and need you phone at a moment notice .The reason why I only give 4 stars it's about the price and that I haven't tried the USB ports so far as this unit is a gift for my son while he works around the house and he hasn't used it yet but I have charged our batteries with it to make sure that it serves its purpose. This item is easily a 5 stars.Could a knock off brand do the same work, likely yes, but by using a Dewalt brand charger to use with Dewalt products, I maximize my chances of compatibility and reduce the chances of damaging our tools/accessories.So I recommend this item.

Anybody who uses cordless power tools needs 1 of these I don’t know how I managed without 1. The best way to charge your batteries.
